How do I register?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal.

What is your refund policy?

The conference ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you can’t attend the event, you can sell your ticket to another for a transfer fee of $10.00 that the ticket holder will pay. Please contact us for transfer instructions.

There will be NO returns or exchanges for t-shirt orders. If you cannot attend the event to pick up your shirt, please contact us to have your shirt order canceled before September 2, 2024. After September 2, shirt cancellations will not be possible. A shipping and handling fee of $15.00 will be required to ship any shirts that are not picked up. 

Are you offering discounted tickets?

Yes. The earlier you purchase tickets, the better. Ticket pricing will increase progressively until the event. We are also offering scholarships to those for whom the ticket pricing would prohibit attendance at the event. 

Can I attend the conference for free if I volunteer at the event?

No. Our partners will be fully staffing the event and we are not needing additional volunteers at this time.

Are you offering group discounts?

Not at this time.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

There will be no ticket transactions at the event but you can register online up until October 19th.

Does the venue offer free parking?

Yes. There are a limited number of free self-parking spaces available for conference participants.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is ADA-compliant and has accessible entrances, elevators, and restrooms. For more details see the Marriott's website.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The recommended conference attire is casual to business casual so dress how you feel best.  

The conference rooms may be chilly so we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to stay warm.

ACCOMODATIONS & TRAVEL

Is the venue offering special room rates for those attending?

Yes. There are a limited number of special room rates available to conference guests. 

What is the closest airport to the venue?

The Salt Lake City International Airport is just 8 miles from the venue.

How do I get from the Salt Lake City Airport to the venue?

There are 7 ways to get from Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) to Marriott Downtown at City Creek Hotel by tram, bus, taxi, car, town car, or shuttle. See all options.

SESSIONS & PRESENTATIONS

Can I see a list of speakers and their topics?

We have keynote speakers who will be speaking on the evening of October 18th about their experiences parenting LGBTQ+ kids. We will also have a list of speakers leading the workshops. We will be updating the schedule with that information periodically.

Will there be opportunities for networking?

This is a great opportunity to network with other attendees, so bring business cards to exchange with others.

Are presentations recorded or available online after the conference?

We will not be streaming or recording the conference this year.
